Yet another book created

Whilst I may have been quiet for a few weeks I haven't been idle. I have just completed my 6th laminated card book, this one is about 'Aromatherapy Properties & Recipes'. It's a neat 6" x 4" 99-page book with laminated sheets, just right for when you need to check and see which essential oil would be best for you on whatever occasion. AND it also contains over 60 conditions/problems with 181 recipes - or blends - of essential & carrier/base oils that can be sued to combat those problems.

The jewel of this book is that it can be used by the novice and experienced alike as the information is ideal for use by both. There are 80 oils listed from Angelica Root to Ylang-Ylang, their properties are listed along with sections on Uses and Home Blending, Cautions, FAQs, conditions/problems and recipes to deal with these problems. There are 60 conditions/problems listed with 181 recipes - each of which can be used by the complete novice, as long as the CAUTIONS of the individual oils are taken into account when blending the recipes.

Book Review– Getting Thru to Your Emotions with EFT: Mountrose P & J

People often ask me which book I'd recommend for a fairly new beginner, just coming into the world of meridian & energies.   I have no second thoughts about recommending this one, as it was the first book I came across on my journey into the world of meridians & energies.   

The book first takes one on a gentle stroll through EFT, starting the journey from the background, moving onto the tapping procedure, points and phrases through to giving an understanding of meridian systems and holistic healing.

It then moves onto the Getting Thru Technique which is along a different road, not quite as straight as the EFT one nevertheless it is exciting as it takes one through Guided Visualisations and the Unification Process.  The later process, whilst it sounds daunting, is intriguing as it helps one to ‘pull fragmented sub-personalities’ back into a unified soul.
